WHERE: FOLLOWING GOD WHEN YOU DON’T KNOW THE PATH

Isaiah 63:1 “Who is this… mighty to save?”

Today we come to the fourth W — WHERE.

It’s the question that rises when life feels unsettled, when the next step isn’t clear, when the future feels foggy:

“Lord… where is this going?”

Where are You leading me? Where should I stand? Where should I move? Where is the next door? Where is the right place for me?

Sometimes God gives you a map. Most of the time, He gives you a Man.

Isaiah sees Someone approaching, Someone who has just come through battle, Someone who has secured victory, Someone who is moving with purpose and direction.

Isaiah doesn’t ask: “Where are You going?”

He asks:

“Who is this?”

Because the WHERE of your life is always tied to the WHO of your life.

The answer comes:

“I… mighty to save.”

In other words:

You don’t need to know the path when you know the Person who is leading you.

Jesus never wanders. Jesus never guesses. Jesus never loses the trail. Jesus never missteps. Jesus never leads you into confusion, only through it.

The One Isaiah saw was not drifting. He was marching. He was advancing. He was moving with intention.

And He still is.

So today, instead of asking: “Where is this going?”

Ask: “Who is guiding me?”

Because when you know who is leading, you can trust where He is taking you.

Even when the path feels unclear. Even when the next step feels small. Even when the future feels hidden. Even when the journey feels long.

Your WHERE is safe because your WHO is faithful.

And if you still don’t know the answer…

Shout Jesus. Because He is the path of God.

Scripture Pairing: “In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.” — Proverbs 3:6
