Isaiah 63:1 “Who is this… mighty to save?”
Tuesday brings us to the second W — WHEN.
It’s the question that sits quietly in the heart of every believer:
“Lord… when will You move?”
When will the prayer be answered? When will the season shift? When will the weight lift? When will the door open? When will the breakthrough come?
Waiting is one of the hardest parts of faith because it feels like motion without progress, like you’re standing still while life keeps moving around you.
But Isaiah gives us something powerful today.
He sees Someone approaching, Someone moving with purpose, strength, and authority, and he asks:
“Who is this?”
And the answer comes:
“I… mighty to save.”
Not slow. Not hesitant. Not uncertain. Not late.
Mighty. Intentional. Purposeful. Perfect in timing.
The “when” of God is always tied to the who of God.
You can trust when God moves because you can trust who is moving.
Jesus never arrives late. He never shows up unprepared. He never misses the moment. He never delays without purpose. He never rushes without wisdom.
His timing is not measured by your clock, it’s measured by His love.
And here’s the truth you need today:
If Jesus has not moved yet, it’s because the moment is not ready or you are not ready or the blessing is not ready or the story is not ready.
But He is.
He is always ready.
And when the time is right, when the season is ripe, when the moment is full, He steps forward like the One Isaiah saw:
Majestic. Certain. Victorious. Mighty to save.
So today, instead of asking: “When will this change?”
Ask: “Who is guiding the timing?”
Because when you know who is in control, you can rest in when He chooses to move.
And if you still don’t know the answer…
